Meditations: Easy steps to start

Lately Angels have been saying us to connect through mediations. And bring in more mindfulness in our lives. So I thought I would share some information and techniques here

The best time to awaken both body and spirit is in the early morning. We are fresh, in solitude, and the vibrations of the world are at their calmest. Make an early start even by 10 min . Meditate, set the switch of your consciousness and calibrate your energy for the day. You'll be surprised the difference it makes to the quality of life and health and much more deeper benefits over the time.

Preparation
Find a room/ space in your home where you will be undisturbed. If you want you can prepare the room  with a lighted candle, lighted incense, or aromatherapy oils to purify the space. Make sure the room is warm, and that the lighting is soft. This is time out for you, your time away from all other responsibilities. Stay away from all the distraction of mobile or household chores etc. everything can wait for 10 min .

Here are the simple Methods that we can adapt to daily meditation routines
1. Firstly relax about meditation it's something we all can do and should do
2. It's easy and fun
3. Start with little time dedicated have alarm
4. Bring it into daily practice by dedication same time every day could be 5 min or 10 min
5. Let go of any fears associated with word 'Meditation'
6. Release any expectations
7. Repeat 'I can do Mediation' Affirmation
8. Be Grateful at the end. Once your practice is through, spend 2-3 minutes feeling appreciative of the opportunity to practice and your mind’s ability to focus.

There are few techniques I tried initially before settling to my favorite one. Stick to one technique in order to get the best results.

1. Breathing techniques:
Just focus on Breathe in and Out from Abdomen and focus on the sound and visualise the air going in and coming out. As Oxygen is going in visualize its cleaning the body inside and as breath out let the tension in body come out
Feel your body parts. A great practice for beginning mediators is to take notice of the body when a meditative state starts to take hold. Once the mind quiets, put all your attention to the feet and then slowly move your way up the body (include your internal organs). This is very healthy and an indicator that you are on the right path.
1. Candle technique
Relax your breath and sit comfortably and light a candle. Gaze at the spark of the light for 5 min and see the aura around the candle and beautiful shades of colour.
Or you can use Crystal as well.
2. Mantra Technique
This involves which involves repeating a mantra (a sound, word or phrase) over and over, until you silence the mind and enter a deep meditative state. The mantra can be anything you choose, as long as it is easy to remember. Like to Start with OM, Om Mani Padme Hum, Or any Reiki symbols.
I usually use the rosary beads to use to remind I have done 108 times to start with. Seems long but believe takes no more than 3 min.
3. Guided meditations
