#45 days Challenge Day 8

I am on my Day off to be with kids had a wonderful time with them between playdates, trip to circus and baking..
Was so involved with their games was so fun to imagine myself as kid and tell about my story with them.
Yes todays mantra is “I am choosing to be in surrounded with love as I am going to be

“I am surrounded with Love”
It was tough challenge to resist not to try cookies so bit of try had to do otherwise was good form.
Being in the Circus for 2 hour show not sure if I had more amazement by some acts or my kids.. its all about bringing the innerchild out..

#45 days Challenge Day 9

So was manifesting for a juicer for last 2 weeks and here we go .. got a juicer finally J so delighted with it…cant wait to try it out tommorow.. not sure how kids will take it…

Today’s Mantra “I am accepting myself unconditionally no matter what”

#45 days Challenge Day 10

It’s such a wonderful feeling when you enjoy the wellbeing as part of family.. It keeps you much motivated on your goals. So we did use the juicing..and between 2 kids we had to juice 3 times to get our own taste which meant 3 glasses each hahahahahhah yummy and need more is what they singing along.. felt so delighted like a mission being successful.. loved the experience to have with them. It’s the small pleasures that matters and keeps our memories with happy thoughts..
There is  a blog written by my friend Andrea Baines who is the co founder at Raw Vision–
Choosing a juicer depends on your budget and also how much time you are prepared to spend juicing! You could read her blog post about the types of juicers at this link and but also check out juicer who have a great range .http://therawvision.com/2014/04/07/raw-kitchen-essentials-series-3-juicer/
I went for the Andrew James Whole Fruit Power Juicer | AJ-0614YB Delighted with the choice just a beginners point.

#45 days Challenge Day 11
Yay its Friday… 10 days no sugar mmm inst bad.. might be tough over the weekend as I am with kids all by myself and running around between their activities.
Toady Mantra “ I am happy and Happiness is around me”

Love it when we can change our surroundings just form our thoughts

#45 days Challenge Day 12

Toughest bit was being in theater with kids and no munching on sweets J but did it.. proud of myself..
We went to How to tackle Dragon 2,
"Good dragons under the control of bad people do bad things." mmm for a moment made me think while watching this movie actually it’s just not Dragons but applies to human world too.. we are all under influence of Karma or negative energies and surrounded by positive thinking and sometimes ourselves knowingly or unknowingly.. It’s okay its part of life lesson too. When you realize change your thoughts and bring back yourself....and most importantly Forgive yourself Love and Light
Today's Mantra “I believe I can do everything”

We were at swimming and enjoyed being with kids and being on my own handling them for 2 days it made me realize what the single mothers go through every day. And well done to all you. You all a deserve a kudos. Very thankful to God for having a caring husband and loving father to kids.
Today's Mantra “ I am surrounded by kind souls”

YES YOU CAN DO IT :)

How many times have you heard yourself say, "I deserve better than this"? Maybe you are referring to your relationship, your job or how people treat you. Are you doing anything to change things or are you putting up with it? Make a list of where you can make changes. Small tweaks here and there can create huge improvements, but settling for how it is will not make you happy. What will you do today to make it better?
If you have a problem do you face it head on or bury your head in the sand? The head burying may seem like the easy solution but the problem never goes away and you end up feeling bad anyway. So challenge yourself to face your problem. Break it down and work on ways you can sort it out. Look at others who were faced with a similar dilemma and ask what they did to work it out. Next time don't take the sand option.
Focusing on the problem is always a worry and a negative energy. Think back take time and bring back positive thoughts
Trying to please everyone is always a thankless task, and is not usually possible. And at times even trying to please one person, whether it's a family member or a work colleague can be very challenging. There is only so much you can do, so sometimes the best thing to do is to go with the flow.
We all go through this challenges time to time and not an easy one to face but taking that time out and thinking through ourselves will help us to be grounded and think of solution rather than the problem.
YES YOU CAN DO IT :)
Happy Monday Everyone
