Intuition what is it?

“Everyone has intuition. The more you acknowledge it, the stronger and more accurate it gets,” says professional spiritual and medical intuitive Marla Mitchell. Like the muscles in our body, if we don’t use we don’t realize but when we use like in Gym, Pilates reminds us wow never knew about their existence :)
I will be sharing few tips on how to increase our intuitions on daily basis:

  1. Meditation: Daily meditations - Clearing your mind of repetitive thoughts and worries will make it easier to listen to your intuition. Find a meditative technique you are comfortable using and practice.  More on it you can refer to my previous newsletter or blog here
  2. Breath in and out: relaxes mind and body so you can me clearer. Simple techniques help to see clear picture
  3. Connect to nature: ground yourself more often
  4. Listen to Gut: out stomach say if the decision we are making is right or wrong.
  5. Soles of the feet to the earth: Grounding helps in being presence
  6. Rose quartz/ amethyst crystal on 3rd eye: Activates your 3rd eye chakra for intuition
  7. Clear your mind - Write things down, emptying helps in making space for practice. Start your Intuition journal so you refer back
  8. Affirmations bring in positivity and trust. " My Intuition is always right", " My decisions bring in prosperity" et
  9. Practice: Yes practice more of it and trust yourself

Sharing some of the tips to look after yourself with the energy shifts

Sharing some of the tips to look after yourself with the energy shifts:
  1. Stay Positive: Keep a sheet of Positive of Affirmation handy to use them as chants and raise your vibration
  2. Eat Well: Watch out what you are eating and keep it simple with easy digestive foods and plenty of water and herbal teas
  3. Get enough sleep: sleep well nurture your soul with an early bedtime
  4. Get physical: Do simple stretch ups to let go of any stress points in your muscles and joints. 
  5. Be Kind: Help others with your kindness could be as simple as the smile, hug, getting a tea for a friends or stranger.
  6. Fun: be a child and do some adventure.. blow bubbles and visualise blowing away your worries or get your brush and paint some random thing.
  7. Meditation: do simple breathing exercises.
  8. Hug a tree: yes in physical or visualise doing it
  9. Connect with friends: talk, text, email or in person you have been thinking of meeting from long time.
  10. Warm bath: yes enjoy your bath with Epson salts. TREAT TIME :) 
  11. Listen to Music: switch on to your favorite tunes and sing and dance along.
